2. Data we process
- your first and last name and contact details;
- your chosen delivery method and parcel locker;
- order, invoice, payment and delivery information;
- notes you provide voluntarily and your correspondence with us;
- limited technical and security logs, such as IP addresses and request times, where these are processed by the website infrastructure.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data or information unrelated to your order in the notes and contact fields.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- accepting orders, creating invoices, processing payments, delivering goods and communicating with you to enter into and perform a contract;
- meeting accounting and other legal obligations;
- preventing fraud, misuse and technical incidents based on our legitimate interests;
- responding to contact form messages to provide the requested communication or prepare an offer.
We do not use order or contact details to send unsolicited marketing.
4. Data recipients
Where necessary, data may be available to our website hosting and technical infrastructure providers, Google Workspace services for email and order records, Omniva for delivery, our accounting service provider, a payment institution, and public authorities where required by law.
When you choose payment card, the payment processor receives the order identifier, amount and necessary customer details. You enter your card details on a secure payment page. Our website does not receive your full card number or security code.
Service providers may process data only to provide the relevant service and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
5. Retention periods
We keep order, invoice and payment data for as long as necessary to perform the contract, meet accounting obligations and protect legal claims. Contact enquiries are kept until resolved and then for no more than 12 months, unless longer retention is needed to prepare a contract, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
For security, the private PDF invoice download link issued to customers is valid for 30 days. Its expiry does not affect the retention of the invoice in our accounting and order systems for the period required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or visitor analytics cookies. To check whether the purchase process works, we only count the total number of actions per day, such as product views, cart openings, checkout starts, successful orders, form errors and PDF downloads.
We do not attach names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, cookie identifiers or individual visitor profiles to these counters. Our technical infrastructure may separately process connection data needed for security and website operation. If we introduce third-party analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where required before using them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, to object to processing and receive your data. To exercise these rights, email info@saiknesolutions.lv.
If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We may update this policy if our website, services or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
