- Omniva sends delivery updates using the contact details in your order.
Collection by arrangement
Choose this option to arrange collection in person or another suitable solution. No delivery charge is added to the initial invoice. We'll contact you after you order to agree on the place and time.
If your delivery is delayed or damaged
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time or its packaging is damaged, email info@saiknesolutions.lv. Include your invoice number and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We'll help resolve the situation with the carrier.
14-day right of withdrawal
- Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send a withdrawal notice to info@saiknesolutions.lv.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
- SIA Saikne Solutions covers the direct return shipping costs.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond this and their value has decreased as a result, you may be responsible for that reduction in value.
Refunds
We'll refund the payment to the account it came from unless we agree otherwise. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.
