2. Product and price
We sell the board game Bond: Friendship is no accident. It is designed for at least two players aged 7 and over, with an approximate playing time of 15–45 minutes. The game content is in Latvian and English.
One set costs €25.00. The seller is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged. The full amount payable, including the selected delivery costs, is shown in your cart before you confirm your order.
3. Placing an order
- Choose how many games you'd like and add them to your cart.
- Enter your first and last name, email address, phone number and delivery preference.
- Read these terms and the privacy policy.
- Select an available payment method and confirm your order with an obligation to pay.
If you choose bank transfer, we send a prepayment invoice to the email address you provide. If you choose payment card, we send confirmation and a paid invoice after successful payment. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Companies and organisations should send a separate enquiry before purchasing to info@saiknesolutions.lv.
4. Payment
The payment methods currently available are shown in your cart. Bank transfers must be made within 5 working days to the SIA Saikne Solutions account specified on the invoice. Use the invoice number as the payment reference, exactly as shown on the invoice.
Card payments take place on a secure payment page. Once your card payment is successful, no additional bank transfer is needed.
We begin processing your order once payment has been received. The seller may cancel an order if its invoice is not paid on time.
5. Delivery
Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker in Latvia costs €3.50. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after payment is received. If you choose collection by arrangement, no delivery charge is added to the initial invoice, and we agree on the place and time separately.

6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline to info@saiknesolutions.lv. You can use our model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.
The goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. SIA Saikne Solutions covers the direct return shipping costs and emails practical return instructions. The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature and characteristics.
7. Refunds
If you withdraw, we refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back.
8. Non-conforming goods and complaints
If your goods arrive damaged, incomplete or different from your order, email info@saiknesolutions.lv, giving your order or invoice number and a description of the problem. Consumers retain all statutory rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract.
We will first try to resolve disagreements through discussion. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or another competent authority.
